15 Ministerial Team: Pray for:
Mairisine, David, Meriel and Jo, may the Holy Spirit equip and guide them daily.
The Prayer Ministry team each Sunday and Wednesday morning
Pray for: All who are sick at home or in hospital; Ask God to minister to each one as they have need.
For those who have been bereaved recently or for a long time may they know the peace and comfort only God can give.
16 Moderator’s Disaster Appeal
Pray Each congregation will respond generously.
Give thanks For all the Aid Agencies who have responded to this emergency. Also all the medical teams.
Pray for: Every family affected by this cyclone disaster, may they find shelter, food and clean water.
17 SANDES: Give thanks for: The Andriychuk family as they relocate to Lisburn,
Pray: They will soon settle in and feel at home.
Pray for: Trevor and Jan and their team, Lisburn also Chris and Marlene and their team in Hollywood. “Then He spoke to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart” Luke 18:1
18 PC I Global Mission Nepal: Pray for:
Peter Fleming’s new additional responsibility within UMN to offer pastoral support to their Nepali staff who work far from their homes and families.
Jane teaching at Kathmandu International Study Centre
Daily health and safety.
Remember Peter & Valerie Lockwood and family May they know the Peace of God while they await their Visas.
19 Good Friday: May we reflect on the extravagant love of Christ towards us, through His suffering on the cross. “He was pierced for our transgressions, crushed for our iniquities, the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.” Isaiah 53: 5
20 The Leprosy Mission
Give thanks for: The people affected by leprosy who are engaged in advocacy at national and international level.
Pray: That the great value of their personal experience would be recognised as they share in public forums.
Praise God for: Small successes that builds confidence among the groups and the TLM staff who support them.
21 Easter Sunday: Christ has defeated death and is risen- Hallelujah!
Pray that God`s graciousness to us and His ultimate victory will give us courage and persistence as we work to build His kingdom here on earth.
Open Doors: As we worship our risen Lord today Pray: Our persecuted family will know “that neither trouble, hardship, famine, nakedness , danger or sword can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord”

KIRK SESSION – There will be a brief meeting immediately following this morning’s service in the Session Room. Please disregard the previously notified date of 29 April.

Monday 15th – Friday 19th April 2019
Prayer Room in Trinity available from 7am – 7pm each day.
We have committed to ensure there is prayer cover on Monday 15th and a sign-up sheet is available in the Hub.
Evening services start at 7.30pm – led by different churches each night.
Guest preacher for the week is Pastor Eddy Inglis from England.
On Good Friday we complete our journey through Holy Week with Communion.

FELLOWSHIP GROUP meets in the Session Room at 12 noon

Wednesday 17 April
OUTREACH COFFEE BAR in the Hub from 10am – 12noon
No Wednesday Prayer Ministry on the dates 17 & 24 April. It will resume on Wednesday 1 May.

6am DAWN SERVICE at Ballyholme Esplanade followed by Bacon Butties in the Hub at First Bangor
10.30am All Age Easter Service followed by a free FAMILY PICNIC around the tree & Easter Craft for kids in the Church Hall. Easter Picnic sponsored by our ‘Tree of the Year’ runner-up award. Many thanks to Jim Wallace for his part in this.
