BLYTHSWOOD SHOEBOX APPEAL
Leaflets on this appeal are available in the Hub and front porches. There are clear instructions on these leaflets. Shoeboxes should be filled with items from the list and left in the Church Office before Friday 1st November. Donations to cover the cost of transporting also welcome. Help make someone’s Christmas special by sharing a little of what we all take for granted.

HARVEST THANKSGIVING SERVICE – The Flower Committee and Dorcas Group will be most grateful for any gifts of fruit, vegetables and flowers to decorate the church for our Harvest Service on Sunday 13th October. Gifts may be left in the Church early on Thursday 10th or Friday 11th October. The fruit & veg will be donated to ‘Storehouse’ for people in need after the service.

FOOD HYGIENE – If you work with food in the Church Kitchen, you need to attend this course from 2-4pm in the Meeting Place. You will get a certificate at the end. People involved in certain roles will require a follow up course. Please supply names to office or speak to George. Another course will run on Tuesday 8.10.19 from 7-9pm if you are unable to make this one.
